We are STEEL RING, a modern motorsport complex in Třinec — an internationally recognized FIA-approved race track and a major motorsport center in Central Europe. The complex also includes a diverse food zone with a restaurant, café, Ring Café takeaway window, and breakfast bar, which provides unique gastronomic services to visitors and event participants.

Job description:

As a cook, you will be part of a catering team that ensures smooth operations on regular days and during demanding events.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• preparing and serving food in the food zone (restaurant, breakfast bar, events)
• collaborating on the creation of menus and daily specials
• adhering to technological procedures and hygiene standards
• working in accordance with HACCP
• collaborating with the operations manager and other team members

Requirements:

• training in the field or equivalent experience
• knowledge of hygiene regulations and HACCP
• independence, reliability, and a responsible approach
• ability to work in a team and under time pressure
• time flexibility (work according to operations and event calendar)
