We are STEEL RING, a modern motorsport complex in Třinec — an internationally recognized FIA-approved race track and a major motorsport center in Central Europe. The complex also includes a diverse food zone with a restaurant, café, Ring Café takeaway window, and breakfast bar, which provides unique gastronomic services to visitors and event participants.

Job description:

As a food zone operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all gastronomic aspects of our operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• managing the daily operations of the food zone – restaurant, café, takeaway window, and breakfast bar
  inventory management and ordering goods
• ensuring the complete operation of the business, including standardization of processes and service quality
  reporting on financial results and business performance
• administrative activities – email communication, report preparation, documentation records
  direct customer service with a professional approach
• ensuring staff coverage, shift planning, and team coordination
  cash register system operation and PC work

Requirements:

• experience in a similar managerial/operational position in gastronomy
  High school education (hotel management, tourism, or gastronomy preferred)
• Active approach to technology and experience with Microsoft Office
• Active driver – driver's license class B
• Minimum knowledge of English
• Knowledge of HACCP and other necessary documentation related to gastronomy operations
